A school project experimenting with Adobe After Effects. I combined real footage with 2D lightning that I drew and animated to this effect. Our project was to do an animation study on some kind of element (fire, water, electricity, etc.) I decided upon electricity and had the idea to combine 2D animation with video to create this electric stomp effect.
